The entry proposed for this competition is a counter project aiming to contest the legitimacy and feasibility of the chosen program: a leisure complex on 20,000 square meters of arable land. The notion of such a program reflects the prevailing role of the architect in local practice: providing maximum land exploitation with disregard to the quality of the environment. Thus, the project proposes an alternative program that would revamp the lost bounds between the architect and the land.
