In partnership with Claude Montfort. The healthcare complex is set at the entrance of the city of Ouargla. Its main façade is oriented towards the North-East, facing the city. It’s north-western façade, directed towards the national highway, is a closed garden. The administration building is elevated from the main hospital building and represents public service and indicates the entrance. The public square, planted with palm trees, also orients the public towards the entrance. The materials recall the site’s natural colors, ochre and white. The palm trees lend the site the comfort of a medical oasis.
